Adobe today launched the enterprise tier of its Adobe Express creative application at the company’s Adobe Summit event. The enterprise plan also gives organizations access to Adobe Firefly, the company’s newly launched generative AI tools.

The creative tools company said this new offering would help companies build everything from branded content to social media posts without having to master design skills. Essentially, Adobe offers its Canva competitor to businesses of all sizes.

Adobe launched the tool as Creative Cloud Express in 2021 to replace Adobe Spark and later changed it to Adobe Express.

The company said Adobe Express for Enterprise will integrate with its digital asset management offering Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). In addition, they can use Adobe Firefly effects to generate images and text that are safe for commercial use. Enterprise customers also have access to stock photos, videos, fonts, and creative templates.

“Over the past year, Adobe Express has successfully demonstrated its unique ability to unlock creativity in users of every creative skill level, ranging from new creators to seasoned creative professionals,” said Govind Balakrishnan, senior vice president of Adobe Express in a statement.

“Now Adobe Express for Enterprise connects teams of all types – from creatives to communicators – as a creative hub, with an unparalleled collection of assets and templates, integrated libraries, and new brand control features, enabling everyone to on-brand content at scale.”

Adobe Express for Enterprise also has collaboration tools, including the Share for Review feature, which allows people to comment on a specific version of the project.

The idea of the company is to engage non-designers in the creative process of building brand assets and content through this new offering.

Like Adobe, its competitors are also trying to introduce new monetization plans. Last month, Adobe Express competitor Canva launched a paid subscription for universities and colleges.

Adobe Express for Enterprise is available in beta for Creative Cloud Enterprise customers. Adobe didn’t disclose the price for the subscription, but for reference, Adobe Express premium subscriptions start from $9.99 per month.
